Thinking about buying an acoustic guitar? There are things you must consider. The construction and design, your skill level and of course, the body style/shape.

When looking for a guitar, finding the perfect shape, is one of my top priority. For the body style/shapes, here are the following:

1. Parlor – small sized
2. Classical – wooden guitar with nylon strings as opposed to the usual acoustic guitar
3. Concert – has a built more curvature than the dreadnought guitar, and is easier to hold.
4. dreadnought – common style of guitar body.
5. Jumbo – bigger than the average sized guitar.
