In My Life – The Beatles
[one_half]There are places I remember
All my life, though some have changed
Some forever, not for better
Some have gone and some remain
All these places have their moments
With lovers and friends I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life, I’ve loved them all[/one_half]
[one_half_last]But of all these friends and lovers
There is no one compares with you
And these memories lose their meaning
When I think of love as something new
Though I know I’ll never lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I’ll often stop and think about them
In my life, I love you more[/one_half_last]
One of my favorite song from The Beatles! I know, pretty old school eh? The Beatles’ songs are all good. No wonder they are the best selling band in history! The members of the band, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr aren’t the only reason why the band is successful but of course, also because of the people behind them. One of which is their legendary recording engineer, geoff emerick. He is best known for his work with the Beatles on their albums Revolver, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, The Beatles and Abbey Road.
